Here is a Dan Wesson VBOB, customized by Alchemy Custom Weaponry of Geneseo , IL. The most visible modifications are the hi power cuts on the slide and the all over matte hard chrome finish.

It was a pretty sweet pistol to begin with, now it's a work of art.  Perhaps my next foray off into this territory will include some all over engraving?  I never thought I would have the desire to own a fully engraved handgun, but opinions can change, eh?

The last image is kind of a twin sons of different mothers, with the VBOB and its brother, a 9mm Guardian.  I swapped the grips on them just today, because I thought they would look better that way.  Now the Guardian is pretty much a blacked out combat pistol, while the VBOB is closer to the art in metal its creators may have imagined.

Somewhere along the way, I may add a William Henry custom folding knife to my barbecue hardware gear collection as well.

(pay no attention to the giant fingerprint, I must really look closer when shooting with macro lenses)
