Actually, it's Tara.  Dressed as Donna Hayward from the Twin Peaks.  Twin Peaks, the vintage television show.  You know the one.

James:  When did you start smoking?

Donna: I smoke every once in a while, it helps relieve tension.

James: When did you get so tense?

Donna: When I started smoking.

I won't turn this into a discourse on why Twin Peaks is the best show on television, even though it has been off the air for two decades.  I will save that for another time.

The particular place I made these pictures is fraught with peril (apologies to MPFC)  It's essentially a multi purpose venue with what appears to be sodium vapor lighting.  White balance?  Just turn your head slightly and it's different.  Ack!

With that in mind, I chose black/white conversion for these two, as I thought it was a better fit with the source material.  Enjoy!

Side note: Tara was appalled at the notion of actually touching a cigarette, that's why this one is not lit.  And I resisted making a smoking comment about the lovely Tara.  ;-)

Once again, the mighty Nikon D3 and 85mm D lens.
