Just recently, my older brother discovered a new branch on our family tree. I won't bore you with the details, but it involved science. Anyways, this is Faith, my grand-niece. She's a precocious toddler that barely stops moving, like most kids. This image was captured with my brand new Nikon D3 and the fabulous 85mm f1.4 lens. This was from about four feet away with just sunlight. I tried to compose something that I thought looked better but in the end was content with this one. ;-) I am off next week to Crater Lake National Park and then the 2008 Twin Peaks Festival.
